How We Build

The Manufacturing Process

From design brief to field-ready platform — HIT's integrated production process ensures quality, precision and timeliness at every stage.

01
Design & Specification

R&D Centre defines the platform concept, engineering parameters, and materials specifications in close coordination with the customer.

02
Component Manufacture

The CMF produces precision-machined parts, castings and sub-assemblies to tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm on 5-axis CNC centres.

03
Hull & Structure Build

Hull fabrication, armour plate integration and structural welding are performed by specialist teams in the HRF and APC Factory.

04
Systems Integration

Powertrain, fire-control, communications and protection systems are installed and calibrated against programme specifications.

05
Test & Acceptance

Every platform undergoes rigorous in-plant testing, test-range trials and customer acceptance inspection before delivery.
